We took these images in
the Buffalo Springs Game Reserve, which is part of the Samburu
National Park, It's in Kenya's Great Rift Valley, about a day's
drive north-west of Kenya's capital, Nairobi.
On the way from Nairobi,
you'll pass from winter into summer, or vice-versa, as you cross the
Equator at Nanyuki.
Be sure to visit the
Samburu people at their nearby manyatta, and be entertained
by their singing and dancing.
